I am an early career conservationist with a master’s degree in Water, Forestry and Wildlife. I am passionate about wildlife conservation, wildlife habitat restoration and climate change mitigation and adaptation. Despite being at the early stage of my career, I have gained substantial skills relevant to conservation, including but not limited to; wildlife habitat restoration, organizational functioning, use of camera trap for biomonitoring, use of acoustic devices for biomonitoring, and reporting. I am currently working on the Acoustic Monitoring of Chimpanzees in the Yoko Council Forest to determine their status. More to these, transferring skills and mentoring others is in line with one of my objectives as a conservationist. I intend to optimally harness my potential and positively contribute to resolving the global biodiversity crises.
